System Overview: Rental Management

Asset inventory: tracks the units by location, by status, by class, and so forth. You can view units information, units transactions, and print fleet reports.

Daily business: tracks rental agreements and supports master rental agreements for major customers, prints a hardcopy rental agreement at the point-of-sale, handles sales tax by revenue type and tiered by time commitment, and provides for time-sensitive rate tables.

Branch operations: allows access to the Contract Open and Close Menus, Workorder Menu, Inventory Menu, Customer Menu, and Vendor Menu. You can access the contract open and close menu when renting or leasing a units.

Accounting: includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger. The depreciation, billing, and work order activities are all integrated to accounting.

Drop Yard Module: This optional module is designed for companies who have a drop yard. If you are renting (semi-trailer) parking spaces on a daily, weekly or monthly basis this module will handle billing, yard check report, opening and closing rental agreements. Like all of the modules in ProTRACS this module is integrate with the Customer Accounts and Account Receivable to avoid duplicate data entry.

The Shop Module: Helps you to gain and keep control your repair shop. Each part tracks the last time you purchase and the last time you used the part. It tracks the average price and the last price you paid for the part.

The Workorder system: Allows you to easily create, track, and print workorders. You can enter both labor and materials. Repair codes are established that allow you to analysis the types and cost of repairs that are being done. For your convenience, look ups are available on most fields.

The Purchase Order: System allows you to easily order, track, and print vendor orders. If the Purchase Order has parts that you will be stocking in your Shop Inventory, upon receipt the system will update the Shop Inventory

Report Generator: The system includes a report generator that you can use to create custom reports that are unique to your business needs. These reports can be added to your menus for convenient use. You can also create ad hoc reports for one time use. The report generator is user friendly.

Security: The level of security in the ProTRACS product is excellent. The system is designed around a user and password set up. The system administrator can establish individual users with limited access to areas. When users log into the system they can be directed to a specific screen or area of the program. The users can also be restricted to only view critical information. In all of our years of experience we have not encountered a customer's need we could not handle.

Unlimited File Sizes: This system does not have fixed file sizes. As you add information, the files expand to hold more and more.
