This system allows you to stay on top of your equipment. The equipment inventory module contains all the equipment you own. It has the details on each piece of equipment and it keeps a history file so you can review and analyze the cost of owning that equipment. Reports will let you know when maintenance needs to be done and follows through when the work is complete. The maintenance schedule will tie in the Purchase Order and/or Workorder that the work was done on.
