This optional module is designed for companies who have a drop yard. If you are renting (semi-trailer) parking spaces on a daily, weekly or monthly basis this module will handle billing, yard check report, opening and closing rental agreements. Like all of the modules in ProTRACS this module is integrate with the Customer Accounts and Account Receivable to avoid duplicate data enter.
Rental Agreement Open Screen:
The rental agreement is opened using only one screen. When the rental agreement
is created is you can pull from the repeat customer file and search for an
available space from the ready inventory.
