Branch Operations Module

- Quickly open & close rental/lease agreements

- Track Workorder costs

- Easily rebill customers for repair work when applicable

You can quickly access the necessary information to open and close a contract when renting or leasing a unit. The customer information will pull into the contract eliminating reentering the customer information. The rate file can be tied to the customer or you can use the handy on screen look up file. You can scan the available units to find a particular type of unit when necessary. It may be a particular size or options that a unit has.

The Workorder menu contains the screens to enter/edit workorders for maintenance. It tracks maintenance done in-house and done by an outside vendor. The system tracks the fact that the unit is out on repair, when it is returned, and will bill the customer if the work is "rebillable".

The Inventory Menu allow access to inquire on unit(displaying the unit details), unit transactions, VIN and license numbers, etc. An Inventory Yard Check report can be run listing all units that are in the yard.

The Customer Menu accesses the customer master record, customer transactions, and sales history. There are reports that will print the number of units currently on hire for a branch or a particular customer. The menu also has inquiries and reports on insurance expiration and to ensure customers with scheduled insurance add new units on rent to the insurance certificate.

The Vendor Menu has access to vendor master files. You can inquire and run reports on vendor purchase history and vendor transactions. It also displays processed invoices for a specific vendor.

Contract Open Screens:
You can quickly and conveniently create a rental contract. When creating the contract use the look up box to find the customer number. Once selected, all of the customer information is populated into the screen for you from the Customer Master file. You also use the look up box to find the appropriate unit. The look up display for the unit will show the details of each availabel unit. This allows you to select the unit that fits your customer's needs. Once selected, the applicable date (ie hub reading) will automatically populate the screen. You can also use Contract Open to create a pending contract. A pending contract is used to create a contract with the known information, pend it until the customer arrives to pick up the unit or the unit is delivered. You can then complete the unknown information and the contract will be active ready for billing.
