Asset Inventory Module

This system tracks the units by location, status, class and so forth. You can view unit information, unit transactions, and print fleet reports. Multiple depreciation methods are available. The depreciation information is recorded in the unit master record. Accounting entries are created and posted in the general ledger. Reports are produced for property tax by state and jurisdiction. Reports include; unit license expiration, FHWA/PM due dates, on-hire status, availability, inbound and outbound, revenue per unit, profit per unit, acquisitions and sales. It imports text file unit data from other systems.

Unit Master File Screen:
Each unit has a master record that contains the necessary information about that unit. In the case of rolling fleet, the master record has an additional screen to track the tires, treadwear, brakewear, and reefer information if applicable. Here is an example from a trailer rental operation:

Daily Operation Menu:
The Daily Operations menu contains options for use on a daily basis. Each selection pulls in the data entered in the various files. This allows you to view unit information, view unit transactions, and print fleet report.
